AI Can Speed Up a Build. Who Reviews the Result?

Faster production still needs a clear review process before the work becomes part of a business.

AI Can Speed Up a Build. Who Reviews the Result?
From the Select Creatives conversation with Candice of Sculpt 25 Creative.

Define the role of the tool

In the conversation, Deen describes AI as a tool that augments a team’s abilities and speeds up building. He also makes the review step explicit. That is a useful way to frame the workflow: production and acceptance are separate decisions.

Start with a clear brief and acceptance criteria. Explain what the feature should do, who should use it and what a successful result looks like. Without those decisions, a working demonstration can still miss the business requirement.

Review the customer journey

Walk through the experience from the user’s perspective. Check whether the language makes sense, the navigation leads somewhere useful and the forms handle the situations the business expects. Review the generated content as carefully as the visible interface.

For a new feature, include the people who will operate it. They can identify missing steps, unclear states and assumptions that a demonstration may hide. Keep the feedback tied to the brief so the review produces specific corrections.

Give acceptance an owner

Agree who signs off the work and what they need to see before doing so. Record the checks, the remaining issues and the decision to release. The person responsible for the outcome needs enough information to judge it.

AI can contribute to the build while the team remains responsible for the result. The practical question is how to use that contribution with clear requirements, review and accountability. Faster output becomes useful when it moves the business towards a result the team has actually checked.

Put the review into practice

Choose one customer journey on your website and review it with these questions in mind. If you need an outside perspective, discuss your website with Select Creatives.
