One accountable team, definition to operation.
We scope, design, build and then keep running the thing we built. No handoff between agencies, no orphaned codebase, no vendor to chase when something breaks at 2am.
Five services
Most engagements combine two or three of these under a single contract and a single project lead.
Web platforms
Custom systems with real users, roles and records behind them: applicant portals, member areas, internal tools and integrations into the systems you already run.
Mobile apps
Cross-platform and native builds taken all the way through store review, release management and post-launch iteration — including the analytics needed to decide what ships next.
CMS & commerce
Public-facing sites that an editorial team can actually run: structured content models, bilingual templates, technical SEO and performance budgets held after launch, not just at it.
AI & automation
Retrieval over your own material, assisted search, and workflow automation built past the demo — with evaluation, access control and a human in the loop where the stakes require one.
Support & operations
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and continued development by the team that built your system — with release management and clear response commitments.
Five stages, one team, no handover cliff
Every stage has a named lead, a written deliverable and a client approval before the next one starts.
Requirements, technical discovery and solution architecture — ending in a written scope and a fixed price.
UX and UI, design systems, and Arabic and English experiences reviewed in both scripts.
Websites, applications, integrations and custom platforms, with milestone reviews on a staging environment.
Migration, QA and acceptance testing, performance, technical SEO, training and handover documentation.
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and continued development — the same team that built it.
Three engagement models
Project
A defined build with a written scope, milestone payments and a fixed price. Best when the outcome is clear and procurement needs a number.
Build then operate
The project, followed by a retained support and development agreement. Hosting, monitoring and a response commitment, with a monthly allowance for new work.
Consultancy
Technical discovery, architecture review, vendor assessment or tender support — sometimes for work we won’t be building ourselves.
Arabic is authored, not translated. Every template is reviewed in both scripts before it ships.
