Research that has to be found to be useful
A full website rebuild for an international institution based in Abu Dhabi, whose audience is governments, practitioners and researchers across several regions.
Years of output, no way through it
The institution publishes research, runs training programmes and convenes partners internationally. All of it lived on a site built for an older, smaller organisation — publications in one place, programmes in another, events nowhere in particular. The rebuild had to make the body of work legible to a first-time visitor and to a returning researcher.
A library, a calendar and a clear front door
Three structures carry almost the whole site. Everything else is a page built from the same blocks.
Two languages, one editorial system
Templates mirror cleanly to RTL and Arabic typography is tuned per script rather than scaled down from Latin. Editors publish both versions from one record, so a report never exists in one language and not the other.
Programme teams now publish their own events and reports the week they happen, not the month after.
