This website, selectcreatives.com, is operated by TAQNIYAT AL MUSTAQBAL TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, trading as Select Creatives (“Select Creatives”, “we”, “us”), a Dubai mainland company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under licence number 1348092.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
2. Our services and proposals
The site describes our studio and our work. Nothing on it is an offer to supply services. Descriptions of services, timelines, processes and prices are general information. Any engagement is governed only by a written proposal, scope or contract signed by both parties, and if that document conflicts with anything on this site, the document wins.
3. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or interfere with its security;
- send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms;
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation.
4. Enquiries and files you send us
When you submit an enquiry or attach files, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please only send confidential material once we have agreed confidentiality terms and a secure way to receive it; we are glad to sign an NDA first. Sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, code, graphics and our logo belong to Select Creatives or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reuse them without our written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.
Client names, logos, trademarks and project imagery shown in our work and testimonials belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe work we have done and do not mean those organisations endorse any other product or service. Some project details are simplified or withheld to protect client confidentiality.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information on an “as is” basis. Figures such as project counts, ratings and outcomes reflect our records or third-party platforms at the time of writing and may change. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.
7. Links to other websites
The site links to client projects, review platforms and other third-party sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Select Creatives is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Our liability for work we deliver is set out in the relevant client agreement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
