The short version
- We collect what you type into our enquiry form, any files you attach, and basic analytics about how the site is used.
- We use it to reply to you, to scope and deliver work, and to keep the site secure. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by TAQNIYAT AL MUSTAQBAL TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, trading as Select Creatives (“Select Creatives”, “we”, “us”), a Dubai mainland company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under licence number 1348092, with offices in DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We process it in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use our enquiry form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we collect:
- your name, organisation, email address and phone number;
- your answers to the enquiry questions, such as project type, timeline and budget range;
- anything you write in your message or brief;
- any files you attach, such as briefs, tender documents or specifications.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal data (for example health, financial or identity documents) unless we have specifically asked for it and agreed a secure way to receive it.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. Our server and security tools log this to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
- Form security: when you submit the enquiry form we record your IP address with the enquiry and briefly keep a count of submissions from it, so we can block spam and repeated automated attempts.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and privacy-friendly site statistics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are read and how people arrive. See section 6 for details on cookies.

We don’t sell your personal data, we don’t use it for automated decision-making, and we don’t add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without asking first.
4. Who can access your data
We don’t sell or share your details with other companies for their own use. Your enquiry is seen only by the members of our team who are handling it.
Like most websites, we rely on trusted service providers to host the site, deliver email, protect it against attacks, run backups and measure site traffic. They handle data only on our behalf, following our instructions and under confidentiality terms.
If you engage us, we may also bring specialists onto your project under the same confidentiality terms. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Earlier versions of this site used other tools for forms, scheduling and marketing. If you contacted us through an older version, you can ask us to delete any data held in them, as described in section 9.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection or contractual safeguards, as permitted under UAE law.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies that the site and its security tools need to work, for example to protect forms and block malicious traffic. These can’t be switched off.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (names beginning with
_ga) that tell us, in aggregate, how the site is used. They typically last up to two years. - Cookie-free analytics: we also use privacy-friendly visit counting that doesn’t set advertising cookies.
We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the current site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking analytics cookies won’t affect how the site works for you.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects: we delete the enquiry record and any attachments within 24 months of our last contact with you.
- Clients: we keep project correspondence and records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
- Form security counters: cleared automatically after one hour.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
8. How we protect it
Enquiry records and attachments are stored in an access-controlled area of our site. Attachments are not placed in the public media library and can only be opened by signed-in team members with the right permissions. The site is served over HTTPS and protected by a web application firewall. No system is perfectly secure, so for confidential material we are happy to sign an NDA and agree a secure transfer method before you share anything.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or stop certain processing, or object to it;
- transfer your data to you or another organisation in a structured format;
- withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within 30 days, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.
10. Children
This site and our services are aimed at organisations and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
This site links to other websites, including client projects, review platforms and social networks. We’re not responsible for how those sites handle your data, so please read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use data you’ve already given us, we’ll let you know directly.
